At CapitalQueeen we want you to be happy with your new items, you may have bought the incorrect size or maybe the fit doesn’t suit you. After you have read our guidelines and still want to go ahead with a return, please contact us. (Facebook, Instagram, email, text, phone, are all acceptable). 

when returning a full priced item/items please ensure you have followed these guidelines; 

  • All returns must be returned within 14days from order date, any items returned out side of this time can not be returned. 
  • Items such as; Togs, Jewellery, or items sold as Clearance or is now advertised as clearance, can not be returned.
  • If you damage a garment by wearing it, such as but not limited to a button falling off or a zip breaking, items can not be returned. 
  • Items tags must still be attached, In brand new unworn condition. This also includes NO stains, marks, smells, pet fur, perfume smell, cigarette smell, fake tan, make up, ect.
  • It is your responsibility to cover postage cost to return the item, you will not be refunded any postage cost for a return. 
  • When sending items back please use a Auspost tracked parcel, as any parcel that may get lost is non refundable. 
  • Any parcel that are sent back as “return to sender” or not collect from the post office will be charge a 20% fee which will be off the total value of the order. 
  • Purchasing our products means you have accepted our terms & conditions. You have also accepted the possibility of a slight variation in color and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different due to the individuals monitor setting. 

Once we receive your return items it can take up to 7 days to evaluate and check all requirements are met. 

If your return is Approved you will receive your online store credit by sms, Facebook, Instagram or email. (Depending how you contacted us, or how you requested to be contacted).

If your return is Denied you will receive a sms and email detailing why. You will have a following 30 days to re cover postage cost, A postage invoice will be included when we contact you. If no payment/contact is received on the 31st day, the items will be donated to good will.
